Due to the perishable nature of our products (food and drinks), returns are generally not accepted. However, certain exceptions may be made depending on the circumstances and the condition of the item upon delivery.

Any return or refund requests must be reviewed and approved before further action is taken. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and issues

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve evaluated your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method typically within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
