WA-LABO Fermented Kimchi is crafted by blending traditional kimchi with rice koji, creating a uniquely smooth, deep, and sweet umami flavor. Not too spicy, not too sour — just perfectly balanced and incredibly addictive.
We can only produce a very limited amount at a time. This small-batch process is what gives our kimchi its clean flavor, crisp vegetables, and rich depth you won’t find in mass-produced versions.
